  3. Plan and execute a focused Outreach Communication
  4. Shortlist resumes of the most relevant profiles from the pool of applicants
  5. Carry out hiring Interviews to further zero down on the most suitable candidates
  6. Design and implement an effective onboarding program for the selected candidates
  7. Map the skill set required for the job role with the present skills of  the new recruits
  8. Design and implement an effective training program for bridging the identified skill gaps
  9. Manage your sales team for continued business excellence and growth.
